The Sony FDR AX43A 4K Handycam is the ideal walkabout camera for capturing ultra-smooth shots in 4K. Featuring the unique Optical SteadyShot stabiliser, a Zeiss Vario-Sonnor T* lens with a wide focal length of 26.8mm, and a Exmor R CMOS sensor to provide clear, crisp, and high-definition 16.6MP stills and 4K videos. As well as a fast autofocus that intelligently predicts AF range and tracks your subject so even moving subjects remain sharp. The long battery life allows you to film continuously for up to 235 minutes, making the Sony FDR AX43A 4K Handycam the perfect compact camera for taking on the go.

ZEISS 20x zoom 4K-compatible lens
The Sony FDR AX43A 4K Handycam features the Zeiss Vario-Sonnor T* lens that has a wide 35mm equivalent focal length of 26.8mm (during movie mode) allowing more to fit into your shot. The 20x optical zoom range in UHD 4K allows you to shoot a variety of scenes, and the zoom range can be extended by using the Clear Image Zoom of 30x/40x (4K/HD) using the Clear Image Zoom.
